Lisick plunges herself into the world of self-help with a wry sense of humor and finds everything from the comedic, such as her time on a Cruise to Lose with Richard Simmons in the Caribbean, to some surprising self-revelations. There will be a book sale and signing which will also include the author's first book, Everybody into the Pool. Call 415-927-5005 for more information.
