Residential Burglary on Christmas Tree Hill - April 29, 2008
Dear Christmas Tree Hill Residents:
We are presently investigating a residential burglary in the upper 400 block of Redwood Avenue.
The resident left at 6:30 AM and just returned home to find the back door wide open. She said she locked the door before she left this morning. We're checking to determine the point of entry.
A TV was taken along with other items.
When she called us she was inside the home with her two dogs.
If you saw anyone or anything suspicious in the neighborhood, please call us at 927-5150. If you happened to hear dogs barking during the time of occurrence, please call us with information about the time of day you heard the dogs.
If you witness something or someone suspicious in the area, please call us at 911.
Also, please be sure to lock your home when you are away and lock your car even when you are home.

Reported Residential Burglary - April 22, 2008
Dear Chapman Park Residents:
We are presently investigating another home burglary. This occurred in the lower 600 block of Chapman. It happened sometime between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM today. Entry was apparently gained through a garage door.
The responsible may be a person seen at about 10:00 AM today by a resident on Tunnel Lane. The subject had come from the creek near his home. Suspect is described as a white male between 35 and 40 years old. He was wearing a baseball hat, sweatshirt and military type khaki pants. He told the resident he was looking for Magnolia.
We searched the area, but could not locate the person.

Reported Residential Burglary - April 15, 2008
Dear Residents of Chapman Park:
A resident in the 300 block of Chapman reported a burglary to her home. It happened sometime between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM today. The responsible entered the side yard and slashed a rear window screen. The person(s)then lifted up an unlocked window and unlocked a rear door.
Once inside the thief rummaged through the cabinets and moved items around and then left with jewelry. The person appears to have exited via the front door.
If you saw anyone or anything suspicious during the time frame given, please call us at 927-5150. Also, if you observe anything or anyone suspicious in your neighborhood, please call us immediately at 911.

Reported Residential Burglary - April 2, 2008
Dear Christmas Tree Hill Dwellers:
At about 1 PM today a resident in the 100 block of Edison Avenue told us his home had been entered and property was taken. The incident occurred between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. A lap top computer and jewelry box was taken. The means of entry is unknown.

Residential Burglary, Madera Gardens, March 26/27, 2008
Dear Residents of Madera Gardens:
We are investigating a residential burglary on Council Crest Drive. This happened sometime between 5:00 PM yesterday and 7:45 AM today. Entry may have been made to this home, which is being remodeled, through an unlocked garage door. $2,500.00 worth of tools were taken from a large locked tool box.

Residential Burglary, Christmas Tree Hill, February 5, 2008
Dear Christmas Tree Hill Residents:
Yesterday evening (2/5/2008) a resident told us her home in the 400 block of Redwood had been burglarized. According to her, someone entered the home, possibly through the kitchen door, sometime between 7:40 and 8:00 AM while her husband was asleep upstairs. A laptop computer was taken.
We do not have any suspect information.
If you saw anything suspicious in the area around 7:00 and 8:00 AM yesterday, please call us at 927-5150.

Residential Burglary, Cape Marin, January 14, 2008
Dear Residents of Cape Marin:
We are investigating the report of a home burglary on Mark Place. Time of occurrence was between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM 01/14/2008. Entry was made through an office window off the backyard. Taken were two televisions, one 60" and the other 19" and one laptop computer.
We do not have any suspect information.
